By creating an account or using Ordermandu (the website and the apps), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ordermandu.
How Ordermandu works
Ordermandu is a place for people in Nepal to list items and contact each other. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. Ordermandu does not own, inspect, sell or deliver any item, does not handle payments, and is not part of any deal between users.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under Nepali law to buy and sell the items you deal in.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
You must not post, sell or send:
- Illegal items, stolen goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit products, or anything banned in Nepal.
- Scams, fake listings, misleading prices or photos, or spam.
- Hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual or otherwise offensive content.
- Other people's personal information without their permission.
You can report any listing and block any user. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or delete the accounts of people who post it, usually within 24 hours of a report.
Safety
Meet in a public place, check the item before paying, and never send money in advance. Ordermandu is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, or for the conduct of any user.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Ordermandu to display it on the website and apps so the marketplace can work. You can delete your listings or your whole account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll show a notice on the website or in the app.
